Carita Feliz has its headquarters in Madrid, Spain. Although initially it supported projects in several countries in Latin American, at present it carries out its social activities in Colombia, with emphasis on the metropolitan area of Medellin, specialized on managing international cooperation projects.
The foundation also has some projects in ghana.
